We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that while we offer exchanges and store credit, certain clearance items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your swimsuits in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
